SELF IMPROVEMENT

Thanks to a few of my friends I'm trying to learn to be more forgiving and less hot headed. I take a lot of little things out of context sometimes and catch feelings, get defensive and lash out. I'm working on being more passive with my emotions and using my words to resolve more confrontations then start them. Now I don't get into fights often or anything, I just think this would be a good thing to work on, especially with me going off to school and everything.
